The Ponda Municipal Council (PMC) is currently seeking reputed trading establishments, firms and individual bidders to take part in the tender for allotment of 85 office/shop spaces in the state-of-the-art new Market Complex at Upper Bazar, Ponda on Leave and Licence basis.
Bidders are now being sought through the sealed tender bids. This process will ensure transparency and the participation of qualified bidders with consideration upon the set price-performance criteria.
Interested bidders can also participate as business units, for example, as consortia or joint ventures. Bidders who wish to submit the proposal for this business opportunity at New Market Complex may purchase bidding documents on cash payment of Rs 1,000 Non“Refundable which include detailed information from the office of PMC chief officer between November 23 and December 2.
The result of the bidding process will be announced on December 15, giving the successful bidders sufficient time to prepare for the commencement of actual operation on January 1, 2021.
