The Varca village panchayat has thanked the electricity department for restoring power supply to the village after it was hit by Cyclone Tauktae.
Sarpanch Charlton Lourenco said the entire Varca electricity department and the sub-station team had worked tirelessly to ensure early restoration of power supply to the village.
The sarpanch thanked AE Nicholas Moraes, JE Govind Bhat.
He also thanked the shopkeepers, sopo collectors, retailers, and all the other local business vendors for supporting the lockdown decision.
