Project likely to take up to two years to complete

Madgavkars, in particular, and Saxttikars, in general, will have to wait at least for the next two years for the parking project to see the light of day.

MMC officials, in private, conceded that work on the multilevel parking project isn’t going to commence immediately given that the project first requires the nod of the GSUDA Board following the cumbersome tendering process.

MARGAOThe Rs 10-odd crore multi-level parking project proposed by the Margao Municipal Council will have parking provisions for only 70 four-wheelers and 137 two-wheelers.
