Pernem police arrested a 30-year-old Russian on charges of possessing drugs valued at about Rs 2 lakh.
Pernem PI Vikram Naik and a police team conducted a raid and arrested Konstantin Isaev of Russia and seized from him narcotic drug suspected to be ganja weighing about 2 kgs from a rented room at Deulwaddo in Arambol-Pernem.
Further investigation is in progress under the supervision of Pernem SDPO Sudesh Naik and SP North Shobit Saxena.
