TAG to celebrate Lucasinho Ribeiro’s birth anniversary

PANAJI: Tiatr Academy of Goa (a Govt. of Goa undertaking) will be celebrating the birth anniversary of late Lucasinho Ribeiro, the creator of Tiatr, on 2nd January 2025 from 3:30 pm onwards at the Conference Hall of TAG, Campal, Panaji.

Maria Conceicao Dias (Jessie Dias), senior Tiatrist, has consented to be the Chief Guest for the function. Yuri Ribeiro, grandson of Lucasinho Ribeiro, will be the special invitee. Tomazinho Cardozo, senior Tiatrist, will be the spokesperson of the function. On the occasion, a Konkani musical show will be presented by TAG.

All Tiatr lovers are invited to attend the function in large numbers.

Sancoale Communidade gets new president

VASCO: Neelam Naik has been elected President of Sancoale Communidade in the recently held elections. Along with her, Jayesh Phadte has been elected Attorney, and Shrinivas Naik has been elected Treasurer.Neelam Naik previously served as the Zilla Panchayat member of Sancoale, ex-sarpanch of Chicalim, and is the current panch of Chicalim Panchayat. She also held the position of Treasurer of Sancoale Communidade in the past.
