Curtorim MLA Reginaldo Lourenco on Tuesday made a fervent plea to the Health Minister to tone up the infrastructure at the Curtorim Primary Health Centre at the earliest.
Reginaldo urged the Health Minister to expedite the file to give a new lease of life to the Curtorim PHC by adding various services including trauma unit, casualty et al.
In his reply, the Health Minister said the government has agreed in principle to tone up the Curtorim PHC with better facilities, adding that the file has gone to the government for the appointment of a consultant to take up the work.
