Vaccination drive at Bicholim CHC on Monday

The Bicholim Community Health Centre (CHC) will conduct a Covid vaccination programme for its healthcare workers on Monday.

“We have received the vaccine which will be stored in the ice lined refrigerator. All our staff are eager to take the vaccine. The first 100 names will be generated by computer and if some of them don’t come or are outstation or are pregnant or lactating, then others who are available as per list uploaded on CoWin portal will be vaccinated,” stated Bicholim CHC Health Officer Dr Medha Salkar.

Only 41 of 100 Canacona healthcare staff turn up for jab

CANACONAThe Covid vaccine drive at the Community Health Centre in Chaudi Canacona evoked poor response, with only 41 of the 100 healthcare workers turning up to receive the jab on Saturday.
