PANAJI: Vasco police have registered a case of kidnapping of a 16-year-old boy from Mangor Hill. The teenager was allegedly kidnapped last Saturday after which his mother lodged a police complaint.
She alleged that her minor son was kidnapped from her lawful guardianship on Saturday evening by an unknown individual.
Vasco police have registered an offence under Section 137 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, along with Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act. Further investigations are underway.
