The PWD had announced well in advance that there would be no water supply on April 15 and 16 and that water would be restricted for the next few days in Bardez. But there was no supply at all and Bardez had to go without water for 4 days.
How can anyone stay without water? The concerned authority should have made some temporary arrangement at least to avoid hardship to the general public.
On the 5th day ie on April 19, water was released with full pressure. But the water that came into the taps was muddy which was unfit
for consumption.
Looking at the current pandemic situation, care should be taken to at least supply clean water and without interruption.
Everyone is aware of what is going on right now and how people have to take precautions in this pandemic.
