People are aware that the Osia commercial complex in Margao is probably the most ill-maintained commercial building in the whole of Goa, but recently another feather seems to have been added to its cap. Many small restaurants and snack joints operate in the building, and some of them have placed chairs in the public corridors for their customers.
As it is, the passages are full of garbage, mangy dogs, feral cats, gutka stains, and whatnot; this additional encroachment makes life even more difficult for the building users. It is surprising that there are government offices in the building too, but no one seems to be bothered. Will the authorities please take a look?
