The future of Goa does not look bright. There are too many scams and scandals. Goans are being robbed of their identity. People from other states join the locals in creating problems, and the common Goan doesn’t realise that they are being betrayed.
Goa has a rich heritage, but it is often shown in the wrong way. Taxi drivers are some of the most corrupt, as they are the first to deal with visitors. This gives tourists a bad impression the moment they step out of the airport. The same continues with hotel tariffs and food outlets ” many of which charge very high prices. There is much more that needs to be said.
