I am writing to express my concern over the aggressive promotion and execution of the "Mhaje Ghar Yojana" by the Chief Minister. The scheme, which appears to cater to houses on comunidade and government lands that are unregistered and potentially illegal, raises several questions. The chief minister's approach seems contradictory -- on one hand, he seeks comunidade participation and support for the scheme, despite them not being consulted during the drafting of the bill. On the other hand, he warns against illegal construction during promotional events (distribution of application forms), which adds to the confusion. I urge the Chief Minister to reconsider his decisions, prioritizing voter welfare over personal interests. The position of Chief Minister is entrusted to him by the voters, and it is essential that he serves their interests. The timing and aggression shown by the ministries in executing the MGY scheme raise suspicions of it being a "bribe for vote" scam. I hope the government will revisit this scheme and ensure that it serves the genuine needs of the people.
