The BJP government has been forced to backtrack on quite a few of its controversial decisions when forced to do so by its voters and constituents. Latest being the proposed IIT at Codar and the Mopa airport parking hike issue. I request these constituents to start putting pressure on the party to stop the mass conversion of green areas, hills, waterbodies, fields, forests, CRZ areas to settlements which basically is the sale and destruction of the entire Goa state and its environment, particularly being done to the coal and real estate companies mostly from outside the State.
