What Goa is seeing in recent times is nothing compared to the past decades of poor TCP administration. One wonders if we are going to see a Indus Valley Town Planning wheel reinvented once again. If one flashes back to read the history books, the perfectness of the town planning system of the Indus Valley civilization was impressive with systematic construction of residential houses and public buildings, laying down of principal streets, etc. are comparable with the modern day city planning - of course Goa being a small state, we should overwhelmly support our TCP Minister Vishwajit Rane in his efforts to see Goa environmentally clean as a whistle. However, TCP is the balancing act in managing urban expansion while not impacting our natural environment and also ensuring a prosperous society, which needs strong willpower, transparency and a leather whip. With what we read in the media regarding the changes in TCP department, we have to give our TCP Minister a pat on his back for working on details to clear the mess seriously. Let's look for change and support our Goa' s TCP minister in his bid to make our beautiful Goa a real beauty!
