It is total highhandedness, no respect for the village and its people.The Chandor Cavorim village panchayat office boundary board is removed and thrown by the side of the road. This is apparently done by those who run their roadside businesses nearby. The previous board at Cotta was removed and thrown down for the same reason. The boards erected on all the boundary sites should be strengthened using concrete mix so that it remains strong.The attitude of the culprits show that they don't have fear of authorities and the village panchayat office is not strong enough to handle the situation. This is the second time the boundary board near the Cotta bridge has been removed which is the biggest insult to the people.
