Bhumiputra: sons of soil or plain vote banks ?

This subject maybe the talk of the town, in houses, market places, pilot-rickshaw stands, various media ever since July 31, but one should not forget to analyse where this bill has come from? Surely, the migrants did not plan or dream this 30 or a few years ago. Who is responsible for comunidade land being encroached upon or gifted to the migrants -- it starts at the panchayat level followed by the ruling constituency MLAs and finally the migrants are blessed and baptised as Goans for votes.
