Common man left to battle law of jungle

Foreigners are getting bitten by stray dogs on Mobor beach and other places without any immediate preventive action, stray cattle roam freely on our roads adding to the traffic and other hazards both for vehicles and public, noise pollution in Vagator-Anjuna belt continues despite High Court and police put on notice and committees for implementation, people with money and influence get away with murder after running over people, so also with land grab, bulldozing and kidnapping people from their residences without due procedure using bouncers and strong arm tactics, etc. Where is law and order for the common man? The people of Goa are not being consulted and our elected representatives take directions from Delhi. The shock and awe treatment has been meted out to us and in this David versus Goliath scenario who will prevail?
