The Government of India has reduced the central tax on petrol and diesel by Rs 7 which has gone high from Rs 70 to 104 per litre. They say that this is a Diwali gift for all the citizens of the country. Elections are approaching shortly so the political drama started by fooling the people. Gas cylinder prices has gone high by increasing Rs 260 and they may reduce it for Rs 7 to eyewash the minds of innocent people of Goa. Why the State government does not reduce the State taxes vat. If the government really cares about the people than why our government does not bring the petrol and diesel fuel prices under GST.
