IMA's Covid care centre at Colva is an excellent move

The IMA, Goa chapter, has begun establishing paid Covid care centres for asymptomatic and mildly positive patients. The first such facility has commenced operations at Hotel Ocean Residency, Colva. Patients will get all essential medicines and would have access to 24 X 7 teleconsultation by designated doctors. In addition, patients will be provided with a digital thermometer and oximeter on a returnable basis. The room tariffs are capped at Rs 2800 + GST per day inclusive of all meals, medical professionals shall be extended a special discount of 25 per cent. Patients would be admitted for 7 days as per extant quarantine rules and provided a certificate on discharge. 'Shabash' IMA for this excellent initiative.
