Our Goan leaders like the late Jack de Sequeira, etc who fought to preserve our Goan identity have been forgotten along the way. Because of him and some others we were able to get our own State and identity. Nobody's fighting to erect statues of these true heroes in Goa. Because of our 'sarv dharm sambhav' mantra domestic as well as international tourists are praising us but alas! After 2014, the same mantra became 'sarv dharma' going away from each other and now behind every new incident we bring our 'dharma' and spread hatred. Where we are headed to finally? Let's erect statues to our unity in diversity, otherwise it will lead to Goa , going, gone!
