Looking forward to a peaceful train journey

Millions of people in the country travel by train during the night in order to reach their destination. Thankfully passengers will now be able to sleep peacefully during the night travel. The Railway Ministry has reportedly issued new rules in order to ensure no noise in the passenger coaches after 10 pm thereby prohibiting people from talking loudly or playing loud music  which disturbs the sleep of other passengers. The new rules also require the passengers to switch off the lights after 10 pm. The railway staff has reportedly been asked to take action against those violating these rules. It has also warned against the railway escorts and maintenance staff who talk loudly during the night hours. This is a step in the right direction as it is observed that groups of youth often indulge in singing late into the night while travelling. It is also observed that vendors selling tea early in the morning shout at the top of their voice which disturbs the sleep of those who are late risers.  There needs to be some restriction on the vendors as well.
