Looks like the politicians want to intentionally trouble the people of Chandor, Cavorim and Guirdolim villages all the time. Remember that our beautiful Chandor was once upon a time the capital of Goa and it is steeped in history and heritage. In other parts, people and their governments work together to save and protect their history, but in our state and country that's not so. Here, the government elected by us is following the diktats working of the Central leaders and businessmen for the greed of money and power. Rules and regulations apply only to the common man and not to those who come with loads of money. The way things are unfolding in Chandor over the track-doubling issue, it appears the government has been bought and as such the rule of law is being thrown to the winds. Day by day it is becoming evident that the CM is hell bent on going ahead with the track-doubling project knowing very well what klies ahead.
