Our govt needs to come clean on land conversions

The Goa BJP Govt in the recent past has introduced controversial TCP Land Conversion amendments eg. 39/A, 17/2 etc and TCP Minister  has gone on record many times, to say that he is doing all this is the interest of the common man which I understand as ordinary Goans. However, if one carefully scrutinises the documents approved by the TCP Dept on authority of the TCP Minister, it can be seen that there are large areas of Goa's land including eco-sensitive areas, which have been converted in haste for wealthy people and celebrities from outside Goa. In my view, it appears that the modus operandi of the TCP minister is to just pass "controversial" legislations which might not withstand the judgement of the courts for reasons best known to him. It takes painstaking time/money by genuine activists to fight all of this in the courts and one wonders what "special" benefits these Goan politicians get from "interested outside" parties in the meantime.  Can I request the TCP Minister  or Chief Minister to please come clean on this issue?
