It is shocking to see that Goa Police is dancing to the tune of the present government in the State. It clearly shows that by crossing any limits, the government will listen to the voice of central government and not of the common man who has voted and brought them to power.
Our Goan activities Abhijit Prabhudessai, Sandesh Telekar, Vikas Bhagat, Creasant Antao, John Douglas and others have been booked for blocking the road and lawful assembly at Chandor-Guridolim railway crossing gate on November 1 night. We don’t understand why the Goa government and police are only targetting the common man and not politicians from different parties like Goa Forward, Congress and AAP who were in the protest rally against coal on November 1, including our huge numbers of people of Goa. This behaviour of Goa police shows that they want to suppress the voice of the people fighting to save and protect our Goa for Goans.
Huge numbers of people and Goyant Kollso Naka activities gathered at the South Goa district Superintendent of Police office at Margao police station to fight for their right.
The BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade too has reprimanded its MLAs from protesting against the coal issue. Now, this minister and MLA have kept their legs on both sides and don’t know which side to support. People of Goa want them to resign from the BJP party and support the movement for the love of Goa and Goans.
