The politics over oxygen supply to Sindhudurg from Goa is mere theatrics by politicians like Durgadas Kamat. I have reservations over the manner in which Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is handling the Covid pandemic in Goa. The frequent claims made by people about oxygen shortage in Goa Medical College & Hospital, Bambolim, is a matter of great concern.
However, that does not mean supply of oxygen from Goa to Sindhudurg should stop. Sindhudurg being our neighbouring district, it is our duty to assist them in saving lives. Hence, it is pitiful to witness the despicable politics over oxygen supply to Sindhudurg.
