A merger or a political fraud?

The supposed merger of the legislative wing of the one-MLA NCP into the TMC is a blatant fraud against the anti-defection law because of the non-existence of the TMC legislative wing in the Goa Assembly. Can a sole proprietary company merge into a non-existent company? It seems that Churchill has a habit of wanting to eat the cake and also keep it!
