The news was recently read that nearly 52 per cent of children living in tribal schools and hostels in Nagpur division are addicted to tobacco or tobacco products. Not only this, there are figures that as many as 3,487 children studying in classes VIII and IX in Nagpur division may be at risk of mouth cancer. This is shocking. This includes boys as well as girls.
What's more, 22 per cent of the school teachers also have this addiction. All in all, this habit of tobacco addiction should be eliminated. It cannot be forgotten that the future generation is going to evolve from these kids. It is necessary for independent teachers and society to pay attention to this. Otherwise there will come a time when this addiction will be too advanced. Then you will not be able to do anything. Addiction, whatever it is, is bad. The government should also think seriously about how this addiction started and what can be done to get rid of it.
