New Chandor flyover bridge betrays signs of neglect

The recently built flyover bridge at Chandor started showing the true colours of maintenance work  and sub standard and poor quality work on the bridge. The mud on the bridge has gone inside both the sides due to load and loss of soil last month . The PWD departments have covered it by stones but at the sides of the roads the holes still remain to be filled.  The PWD department should do the fresh hot mixing after the rainy season ends. The government opened the flyover bridge in a hurry as they wanted to close the Railway crossing gate no 18 permanently for vehicles and public. The electricity department has not installed the new electricity poles. LED lights are only on the bridge and not on Chandor and Curtorim sides of the main road. People of Chandor have requested for new speed breakers at various locations but till today Chandor Cavorim panchayat  PWD department at Margao has not taken any interest to solve these problems. We request Chief Minister, PWD department and Minister, Electricity department and Power Minister to solve these issues as soon as possible.
