Members of the Muslim community in large numbers are rightly demanding for the immediate arrest of the person involved in making the derogatory comments against Prophet Muhammad on social media and for hurting their religious sentiments in Goa.
CM Pramod Sawant and all his other colleagues should show solidarity with the affected.
I think that the Goa police should immediately arrest the person involved in hurting the religious sentiments of our Muslim community in the State at the very earliest. Because it has indeed become a fashion for some people to casually make some derogatory remarks against other people’s Gods/religions on a daily basis on social media and to get away with it.
