Attempts made to suppress voices of activists

There are alarm bells ringing in Goa which are falling on deaf ears. But as a Goan I feel democracy is in danger. I would like to voice my concerns on the way our social activist dynamic leader Rama Kankonkar's voice was suppressed. Are ministers in power flexing their muscles? When somebody talks ill about our Goencho saib Saint Francis Xavier, the culprit is left free, job scams culprits are still not behind bars. Is our law protecting the common man's interest, or protecting the culprits and people in power? The dynamic activist was attacked and false accusations made regarding his caste which is unacceptable. The person who attacked him has not been booked but is still in Sancoale panchayat holding a high post. I really fear for our democracy.
