It is truly sad to see the state of Goa today, where even people with disabilities are joining the youth to fight for our Goa. Young people are demanding the resignation of CM Sawant over the Bhutani and other controversial projects. Under CM Sawant’s leadership, Goa is struggling with numerous issues, impacting its peace and tourism.
While the CM often says “Bhivpachi Garaz Na” (no need to worry), Goans are indeed worried due to his reckless actions that seem aimed at destroying Goa in the name of development and religion, while failing to maintain law and order. We Goans need change because our government is not truly serving the people, standing by the people, or listening to our voices. Out of greed, the MLAs and ministers appear to have compromised their integrity.
The CM makes big statements, yet takes no real action to address Goa’s problems. The fact that people are forced to take to the streets shows CM Sawant’s inability to lead. We, the people of Goa, need a new CM who will genuinely stand up for the people.
