BJP uses anti-constitutional excuse when convenient

The Goa BJP govt with their brute majority which included the "purchase/defection" of opposition MLAs and support from proxies like Curtorim MLA Reginaldo, Cortalim MLA Anton and Bicholim MLA Shetye passed controversial anti-Goan bills on legalisation of illegalities, Panchayat Raj(Amendment) etc which appear to be very controversial and could be also termed by many as illegal or anti-constitutional. But the Goa Govt arrogantly went ahead and passed the bills anyway. Compare this with whenever there are requests to pass Bills like Special Status to preserve Goa's scarce resources and to define Goan (POGO/similar bill) etc the same BJP MLAs and proxies immediately bring up the anti-Constitutional excuse; we know now that it's just an excuse. This clearly exposes the BJP govt that is not working in the best interests of Goans.  But then again when you have Goa ministers with experience of corruption (e.g Power Scam, Job Scam, Mining Scam, rape (alleged) /scam tainted, land irregularities, riot experienced (eg. attack on Panaji Police station ) etc can Goans really expect clean, fair and progressive governance?
