Can Colva’s illegal house numbers be revoked?

I understand that the Goa government has stopped the practice of giving temporary house numbers, known as Enable House Numbers (EHN), to illegal houses through panchayats because it was being misused.

In Colva, many such cases have already occurred, and some of these structures are very visible. Can the government or panchayats revoke these house numbers in Colva and other parts of Goa?
