Can't maintain properties? Dispose them off

Have you come across a place where you  see many ancestral houses abandoned, trees growing through the roofs, landed properties kept open and unattended and encroachments not noticed by the land owners. Leaving them in a state of total neglect is only inviting fraudsters and land grabbers to swallow them free.
