Some speakers at the Opinion Poll Day celebration held at Lohia Maidan, Margao have rightly called upon all Goans to unite and overthrow the anti-people BJP-led government in Goa.
Well, this sounds like a wonderful idea but how is that just possible when we currently have a number of opposition parties like Congress, NCP, AAP, Goa Forward Party etc already confusing the Goan voters and are actually in the fray just to split the secular votes to permanently give a walkover for the undivided BJP in Goa?
In my personal opinion, elections in the near future should be strictly fought between just two main political parties (Congress V/s BJP) on the lines of a boxing match with just two fighters in the ring if we really want to have a positive final result of the next assembly elections in Goa.
The majority community of Goa is fully united and deliberately keeps supporting the divisive politics of the BJP whereas the rest or the secular voters are divided and always goes to support different opposition parties without even knowing the real agenda of some of these parties in the state.
If Goans really want to defeat the BJP in the next assembly elections then they should immediately come together on a single platform and fully support only one single opposition political party in Goa.
