The Government of Goa has been highlighting the website goaonline.gov.in as a model single-window platform for all government e-services.
However, my experience with the website is extremely bad. Since the past four days, I am trying to apply for Form I & XIV online. It is extremely frustrating to see the website flashing a "something went wrong..." message every time.
It is high time the authorities take note of this service and rectify it immediately.
