I totally disapprove of the many videos that are made viral by social activists which are recorded live without editing the speeches which hurt the sentiments of people when religion is linked in the speeches.The police should be responsible for the person once taken into their custody. You first parade the person to apologize in front of a mob with no proper protection and a force that can be easily outnumbered and hammered even with their own lathis. The Human rights commission and courts should pull up the Police inspector and the DIG for lapse in security of the person taken into police custody and endangering person's life by not taking proper precautions of the person's life. The court has on many occasions pulled up the police for parading victims on the street without being proven guilty. Will Chief Minister Pramod Sawant who holds the Home Ministry instruct the DIG about his role and responsibility towards every citizen of this state until the court proves the person innocent or guilty? Why was Section 144 not imposed when it was clearly known that law and order would be a big issue?
