Dangers of excessive exposure of Aadhar card

The Aadhar scheme by Congress Govt was intended to those receiving government subsidies. BJP at the start was vehemently opposed  to it and even wanted to discontinue it. Now it has been made compulsory for SIM card, ration, passport, bank, driving licence, gas cylinders, senior citizen cards,  health and Ayushman facility. The card's wide and  indiscriminate exposure  enlarges  its scope,   to frauds , scams etc. Besides signed copies  exposes signatures too. What is sanctity of duplicated Aadhar, PAN or even high security currency notes in circulation ? Aadhar is also linked to phones whereby all details could stand exposed. Does  the government own responsibility for its misuse?

Can ‘EWS’ PG medical students afford high fees?

 On November 20, the results of the first round of allotment of postgraduate seats in medical colleges were declared. Out of more than 24,600 seats, more than 140 students had chosen the management quota under the economically weaker section (EWS) category and 135 obtained the seats.
