Migration of Indians out of India is reaching record numbers, An average of 5,000 high net worth individuals are leaving India per year ( over the last few years including 2024). Then you have even higher number of professionals/students leaving India and also so many Indians trying even illegally to reach foreign shores; interesting fact is approx 50% illegally migrating are found to be from Gujarat! How is it that illegal migration is so high from a state where the top 2 Indian politicians are from the same state - not to mention the top crony capitalists. All this is just an indicator of failed BIP government policies and standards of living which are going down every year. The Indian BJP government can keep on showing a rosy picture of how great the governance is doing but facts say the opposite. I am not advocating grass is greener on the other side, but fact is there is high level of desperation among Indian citizens in India. Indian voters must think about all this at the ballot box and also while monitoring the performance of the ruling party.
