Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said at the United Nations General Assembly that Pakistan wanted peaceful relations with India. At the same time, he also mentioned that the Kashmir issue should be resolved. India should take credible steps to create a favourable atmosphere for constructive engagement. Since 1947, we have fought three wars. Both countries have suffered from misery, poverty, and unemployment as a result of these wars. Pakistan should remember that these wars were not started by India, but by Pakistan who suffered humiliating defeat. Pakistan should never forget that Kashmir is an integral part of India. The moment Pakistan accepts and stops jihadi terrorism there, only then will peaceful relations with Pakistan be established.
