In declarations in their affidavits of their net worth, Michael Lobo has revealed that he has assets worth Rs 84 cr and Babush Monserrate and his wife Jennifer have sworn to possess Rs 40 cr in net assets.
Coincidentally, these two politicians are playing a major role in Bardez and Tiswadi. In Bardez, seven constituencies are at stake, while in Tiswadi there are 5 constituencies.
If these two politicians are exerting their financial clout to decide the fate of Bardez and Tiswadi, why should Trinamool Congress with its Griha Laxmi and other schemes not be considered as a major contender in the whole of Goa?
These are legitimate sops that are going to be accounted for in the budget.
