Food safety regulations must be strictly followed

This is reference to the report, "Blade-like object found in food of AI fight - The Goan Everyday - June 18,  2024." That was certainly disturbing news. How much more dangerous can it get? Close on the heels of the incident where a finger was found in a customer's ice-cream in Mumbai and another incident of a centipede found in a Amul ice-cream tub of a customer in Noida. And now, a blade-like metal object was found in a passenger's food onboard an Air India flight. Where are we heading? Are the Food Safety regulations being followed, apparently it does not seem so. The situation is certainly alarming. With the monsoon at our doorsteps, we need to take extra precautions even while preparing food at home to ensure that no bacterial infections take place. The human body has the capacity to overcome certain levels of infection but there is a limit. So, it is imperative that all food safety regulations are strictly followed by all.
