Goa on the brink of deciding its destiny

The choices of the electorate in Goa in all the 40 constituencies are falling in place like a mega political mosaic as each one decides whom to vote for, be it on merit, on favours received, on development done or not done, on the basis of proclivities arising out of caste and creed even, and on the basis of the inducements that have escaped the dragnet of the flying squads trying to contain the flow of cash and gifts that are all too familiar at election time, this time being no different. The number of candidates in the fray also denotes the variety of parties that have decided to woo voters.  Unlikely, that there will be a decisive mandate in favour of any party.
