There is scant public conveyance facility to Goa University for those without transport facility of their own. The University in collaboration with KTC arranged the facility. i was shocked to observe that students are jampacked like sardines. Besides the students have to go standing the whole journey It also causes embarrassment to lady students to travel with dignity.The crowded atmosphere is not conducive to protect against Covid. It is a paid service.The least the KTC could do with intervention of University is to have 2 buses leaving simultaneously to reduce the woes of students and not always be driven by profit motive. It is not an outrageous request but reasonable suggestion. The parents and students will be much relieved by this action.
