A number of opportunist leaders are currently seen wooing Goans by unnecessarily running their own separate political parties (including some newly formed parties having absolutely no real following nor base at all) and dreaming of defeating the ruling BJP government in the upcoming assembly elections in Goa.
Hey, why does a tiny state like Goa having no much population needs so many parties when we already have two main national political parties in place and fighting against each other since the last couple of years? Can't we Goans henceforth follow a two-party system during elections to actually see the real final winner and to permanently bring long-term stability in the state?
Well, I personally strongly feel that the BJP can be easily defeated but that is only if candidates of a common single rival political party are allowed to have a one-two-one fight against all the BJP candidates on the lines of a boxing match with just two fighters challenging each other in the ring in all the constituencies of Goa and not otherwise. Hope better sense prevail...
