Roads at different locations in the State have been existing in a negligent condition. Potholes have been noticed at different spots thereby endangering the lives of innocent travellers and pedestrians alike.
In Ponda too situation has deteriorated to a great extent and public at large have remained to be the ultimate sufferers in the process.
Accidents are bound to occur thereby leading to adverse consequences for the concerned victims. With the lessened rains and dry spell being noticed during recent days, the work of filling potholes seems to be an easy task.
Even a little bit of repair work in this direction can make a lot of difference in assuring safety to innocent travellers. We cannot take precious human lives for granted at any instance.
It is time for the concerned authorities to expedite repair work of road at different locations in the State so that inconvenience and trouble caused to public at large ends once and for all.
