Goa is the tourism state and many tourists from various parts of the world come to Goa for holidays. Most of the beef meat sellers are Muslims and the most of the buyers of meat are Christians and Muslims in Goa. Knowing that we are in the festival season and many tourists are in Goa, the gau rakshaks are harassing the beef meat sellers. Many Hindus while working in Gulf and European countries don't make any issues because they eat the food of their choice than why only in India politics is played in the name of religion and what food we should eat. The Goans and tourists are disappointed as in the festival season their favourite food is not on their tables due to the harassment by gau rakshaks. Many Hindus in some states too eat beef and we cannot force anyone to stop eating food of their choice. The BJP government should know that Goa depends on tourism and see that tourists get the food of their choice without any trouble by beef vigilante groups.
