How are mega builders selling without permissions?

Mega builders from outside Goa are aggressively advertising and selling apartments and houses without obtaining all necessary permissions, including RERA approval.

They are also involved in controversial real estate deals, reportedly with the support of the Goa government, which are currently under court review. Is this not a serious violation of the law? Why is the Goa government not taking action to stop these illegal deals?

Who says there is no corruption in government departments in Goa? Without paying a bribe, your file will not move from one table to another for approval.
