Kala Academy incident: Shame on State govt

The state government is still refusing to sack and hold two of its most prominent ministers responsible for the Kala Academy slab collapse incident, despite both being directly involved in its so-called “renovation” for the past three years.

Wouldn’t the BJP have taken out huge rallies throughout the state instantly if such a similar incident had happened during the Congress regime, and forced its concerned ministers to resign immediately? Why is the hypocritical BJP government now desperately trying to save and protect these two ministers?

What is the point of the government appointing an independent agency like IIT-Roorkee to carry out a detailed investigation into the Kala Academy stage roof collapse incident, when these two ministers are still allowed to hold on to their respective positions and dictate terms to others in Goa?

I believe that the government is simply fooling Goans by appointing some independent agencies to pass the time, and somehow trying to save its two ministers responsible for the above-mentioned incident by eventually giving them a clean chit through these agencies. Shame on the BJP government!
