The media channels in Goa have exposed the truth of Mopa Airport. Till today only 50 per cent of airport job is completed and remaining balance 50 per cent of job is still to be completed. We don't understand why the government of Goa, our CM Pramod Sawant is in a hurry to open the airport. The road work, drainage system and many other works are not yet completed. The people from various parts of the world who come to Goa must get better roads. Proper planning of the drainage system and other works should be given top priority because the people of Pernem don't want flooding during the rainy season. The government of Goa should complete the pending work and than open the airport for public. The airport should be named as Mopa Airport Goa only. We don't need argument on using the name of any person. Hope the government of Goa completes the pending work of Mopa Airport by giving the contractors time to complete the jobs properly and not in hurry.
